Opportunity: Senior Associate Performance Strategy
We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent! Join the Audigent team, working on industry leading clients in the music, entertainment, and streaming space. In this role you will be responsible for delivering successful audience-based programmatic media strategy across a vast portfolio of clients. You will have an active role on audience strategies, planning, optimization approach and analysis, troubleshooting, pacing, and ad hoc reporting.
Roles Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper pacing, delivery, and reporting for client campaigns
- Build strategic media plans based on client RFP and objectives
- Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns
- Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes
- Liaise between key internal groups on the account
- Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
- Generate supporting documentation for post campaign presentations and provide insights to teams
- Support the performance media lead in defining audience strategies and tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits
- Help build the Client Services practice, by creating training materials, best practices, sales materials and customer facing guides
Qualifications/Skills
- Knowledge of digital media ecosystem and planning tools
- Knowledge of ad targeting and media optimization methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
- Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail
- Understanding of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces, with the ability to manage bid pricing and optimization levers to meet client goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions
Compensation: Salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 based on your experience and qualifications
