Job Title: Implementation Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC

Beable is currently seeking Implementation Specialists who are as passionate as we are about re-imagining lifelong success for students!  As Implementation Specialist, you will use your K12 professional development background to collaborate with district and school administrators to create, manage, and directly support the after-school implementation of Beable across 90 schools in grades 4-12.  This position will report to the Implementation Manager and work individually and with the onsite Beable team across Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.

 Primary responsibilities

• Collaborate with your assigned district and school administrators, teachers and parents to successfully implement Beable's plan.  
• Within your assigned schools, lead school level awareness and listening sessions, working closely with designated school representatives and principals. 
• With the Beable onsite team, deliver events targeted towards all stakeholders (students, parents, teachers and administrators) that drive Beable awareness and usage, with the ultimate goal of increasing student literacy through extended learning.
• Conduct online and onsite professional development sessions for district administrators, designated school representatives and teachers.
• Network across participating schools to recognize teacher, school and student successes, in collaboration with Beable's Customer Experience team.
• Connect with existing after-school partners in the participating schools to promote Beable access and drive participation.

Job requirements and qualifications 

• 2+ years K12 professional development experience, preferably in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools or surrounding school districts
• School and/or district level leadership experience, including coaching others to successful outcomes
• Proven track record of working with a broad range of stakeholders, including district-level and/or parent focused programs 
• Excellent project management skills 
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “can do” attitude 
• Ability to travel across the district for regular check-ins, events and PD sessions
