Position Overview

As the Managing Director of Krokit, you'll be instrumental in reshaping the franchise industry by expanding on Krokit's fintech and data solutions. Your leadership, sales acumen, and management experience will be pivotal in driving growth and establishing Krokit as a leader in transforming franchise buying, franchisor operations, and more.



  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to Krokit as the leader in fintech and data solutions in the franchise industry
  • Build on the positive company culture that encourages innovation, collaboration, and attention to detail


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on delivering financial data technology solutions to franchise brands
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships within the franchise industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Form partnerships with other industry participants as a source of new clients


  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless delivery of software solutions and services
  • Collaborate with product team to align with company objectives, emphasizing client success and satisfaction
  • Implement effective performance measurement and improvement systems

Industry Disruption

  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and franchise industry trends to identify opportunities for disruption
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative financial data technology solutions that challenge traditional practices within the franchise sector
  • Establish Krokit as the leader in the intersection of financial technology and franchising


  • Proven leadership experience at an executive level, preferably within the software or technology industry, with a focus on serving the franchise sector being a big bonus
  • A track record of successful sales and business development, specifically in providing technology solutions to franchises.
  • Strong management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Passion for disrupting traditional industries with modern financial data technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
