Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payment processing activities, including transactions, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve payment anomalies.

• Lead the onboarding process for new customers.

Daily Activities:

• Assist new customers with compliance documentation and data gathering.
• Ensure all transactions are processed without delays.
• Address customer queries related to compliance and operations.
