As part of our growth plans, we are also growing our Sales & Business Operations team - to support the entire go-to-market group - from SDR’s to Account Executives and Business Development activities.

We are looking for Junior Sales Operations candidates who are eager to develop themselves in a fast growing company, to become part of a winning team who is disrupting the Real Estate Investment industry & market!

As a Junior Sales Operations at Agora, you will work closely with the sales leadership team and the executives leaders, define and implement sales & post-sales processes, manage & control the sales-related systems and analyze its related data in order to provide insights, reports and recommendations on actions.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly audit CRM data to ensure accuracy and consistency across the sales database.
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining data hygiene within the CRM system.
  • Review and validate contracts to ensure they are correctly entered into the CRM and meet all necessary compliance requirements.
  • Resolve contract issues between Account Executives and Finance teams
  • Coordinate with sales reps to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information in contracts.
  • Conduct routine health checks on the CRM system to identify and resolve issues that could impact data quality or sales performance.
  • Report on CRM usage and adherence to sales processes by the Sales and SDR teams.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Sales and SDR teams for CRM and GTM Software-related queries and issues.
  • Provide basic CRM training and support to new sales team members.
  • Assist in troubleshooting CRM issues and escalating complex problems to the Senior Sales Ops Analyst.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation and playbooks related to sales processes, CRM guidelines, and data management practices.
  • Assist in generating standard reports for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for improving data management processes and contribute to the implementation of enhancements.
  • Support the senior Sales Ops in rolling out new tools, processes, or CRM features.
  • Support & coordinate sales enablement processes, reports and activities.

What are we looking for

  • Minimal experience / familiarity in sales / business / data / reporting operations domains.
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or other business systems as Salesforce, HubSpot etc.
  • Strong processes orientation and flows understanding.
  • Hard worker under pressure and short timelines.
  • A true team player, working with multiple interfaces and functions.
  • Business orientation and understanding.
  • Hands-on approach to deliver on tasks and activities.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person.
  • Native / flaunt English speaker.

Advantage experience:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot platform
  • Some existing background in SalesOps or BusinessOps
  • Relevant education as Processes Engineering
