We are seeking a highly skilled CRM & GTM Systems Manager to join our fast-growing team. Your primary focus will be on optimizing our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot) and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will also oversee our Support Ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk) and Quote-to-Cash processes, along with managing our Go-to-Market (GTM) software tools, including Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Avoma. In this role, you will support the full customer lifecycle, manage sales processes such as quote and line item management, and integrate with billing systems like Stripe to streamline operations. This position demands both strategic oversight and hands-on execution of systems, processes, and integrations.
What are we looking for
Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Proven experience in configuring, administering, and maintaining HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Expertise in automating business processes using HubSpot workflows, especially across the customer lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of integrating HubSpot with GTM platforms like Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Power BI, Stripe, and Zendesk.
- Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations teams to optimize CRM for various departmental needs.
Data Integrity and Reporting:
- Implement data governance processes to maintain CRM data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Develop standardized procedures and templates for consistent and efficient reporting across teams.
- Regularly assess and clean CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability for reporting and decision-making.
Support Systems Management:
- Collaborate with Support & Success teams to define and implement business needs within the support ticketing system(e.g., Zendesk), ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Design workflows, reports, and dashboards for Success Managers to track customer interactions and support performance.
- Ensure seamless integration between support systems and the CRM, enabling smooth data flow for unified customer management.
Quote and Line Item Management:
- Support the development and management of quotes and line items within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and efficient quote generation and management.
- Streamline processes related to quote revisions, approvals, and tracking.
Integration with Billing Systems:
- Oversee the integration between the CRM system and billing systems, such as Stripe.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing processes, including automated invoicing and payment tracking.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing data and resolve any discrepancies.
GTM Systems Management:
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and integration of GTM systems such as Avoma, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft with the CRM and support systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline processes across GTM tools, ensuring effective tracking of leads and customer interactions.
- Ensure seamless data flow between GTM tools and the CRM to support sales initiatives and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM Management or Business operations related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (particularly HubSpot and Salesforce).
- Experience with HubSpot workflows, reporting, and integrations; familiarity with quote and line item management.
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including their integration with CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience of implementation and maintenance of support ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk) and full integration to our CRM.
- Experience with billing system integrations (e.g., Stripe) for seamless invoicing and payment tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Power BI or equivalent reporting and visualization tools - Advantage.
