We’re Agora, an early-stage Fintech startup based in TLV on a mission to revolutionize the way Real Estate firms and investors manage their capital. Our Investment Management software help companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors’ satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.
The Solution Engineer plays a crucial role in the sales process by understanding customer requirements, articulating how Agora’s solution can address those needs, and providing product, industry and technical guidance to support the sales team in closing deals. The solution Engineer effectively demonstrates the value and capabilities of Agora’s product and services to potential customers.
This role acts as a liaison between the technical aspects of the product and the business needs of prospective clients.
What are we looking for
- Technical Product Expertise: Become an expert in Agora’s platform's technical capabilities and features to effectively demonstrate its value to potential clients. Understand how the product can solve specific pain points and challenges faced by Real Estate investors.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Account Executives during the pre-sales process. Engage in client discussions to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions and insights to align Agora’s platform and services with their needs.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for prospective clients. Customize demonstrations to showcase how Agora’s platform can address specific business challenges faced by the client. In charge of customizing and maintaining the Account Executives Demo environment post version release. Prepare materials for prospects including presentations, charts, and screens with designers
- Technical Consultation: Act as a technical consultant for new prospects / existing clients, providing insights into the product's capabilities, integration possibilities with their existing systems, and best practices for optimal utilization. Provide clarity around Product roadmap and system capabilities while explaining technical solutions in plain language
- Proof of Concept (POC) Development: Work closely with potential prospects to develop and execute proof-of-concept scenarios, showcasing the platform's value and potential for the client's specific use cases.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the Sales team and the Product Development team. Gather feedback from clients and relay it to the product team to influence future product enhancements and updates. Accompany & advise the financial PM in their research and user interviews process.
- Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and developments in the Real Estate investment industry. Share insights and knowledge with the sales team to maintain a competitive edge.
- RFP/RFI Responses (further down the road): Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs) by providing detailed technical information and addressing client queries effectively.
- Product training for Sales team: Provide ongoing training for the sales team (AEs + SDRs) and make sure they are familiar with existing and upcoming features. Build Certification tests for AEs
Requirements
- Previous experience in similar roles in a SaaS startup
- Real estate industry background and understanding of real estate business processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills- Mandatory. Additional languages (Spanish, French, Hebrew) - Advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings and event
- Bachelor's degree
