Our Investment Management platform empowers Real Estate firms and investors by automating back-office operations, enhancing investor satisfaction, and propelling growth.
We're in search of a dedicated and proactive Group Product Manager to work closely with Agora’s Chief Product Officer and lead a team of Product Managers, oversee a major product domain, and actively contribute to hands-on product development and enhancement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping product strategy, driving initiatives, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Leadership & Team Management:
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing product management organization,including Group Product Managers, and Product Managers
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability, promoting continuous learning and development within the product teams.
- Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for the product team, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to drive product initiatives.
Product Strategy & Execution:
- Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the assigned product domains.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business team members on business cases, product requirements, development, launch, and adoption.
- Work closely with the engineering leadership to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Act as an evangelist for your products, driving awareness, defining and understanding business metrics, and course-correcting as needed.
- Develop and manage goals and success metrics for your team and products.
- If needed, perform hands-on product management work alongside your team.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the key point of contact for all product-related matters, both internally and externally.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Present product performance, plans and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director, VP, or CPO)
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of scaling product organizations and successfully managing large product portfolios across geographies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and interfacing with customers.
- Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform product decisions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Willingness to travel to meet internal stakeholders and customers abroad.
- Excellent English language skills.
