Join Agora, a pioneering Fintech startup headquartered in TLV, as we reshape the Real Estate investment landscape. Our Investment Management platform empowers Real Estate firms and investors by automating back-office operations, enhancing investor satisfaction, and propelling growth.

We’re seeking a Director of Product Marketing to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, align messaging across the customer journey, and ultimately drive revenue growth and product adoption. This is a high-impact role that will lead strategic marketing initiatives, closely collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless product launches, customer adoption and continuous revenue growth.

Role Overview

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will take full ownership of developing go-to-market strategies, leading product messaging and positioning efforts, enabling sales and customer success teams, and shaping packaging and pricing strategies. You will also play a pivotal role in post-sales initiatives, driving upsells and customer engagement. Your success will be measured by product adoption, market penetration, and revenue growth.

What are we looking for

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, feature releases, and campaigns, ensuring alignment across all teams.
  • Product Messaging & Positioning: Own and refine product messaging to resonate with our target audience and differentiate Agora’s solutions in the marketplace.
  • Sales & Customer Enablement: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to create enablement materials (e.g., pitch decks, case studies) that support both pre-sales efforts and post-sales upsell strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, to ensure consistent communication and strategic alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Metrics & Optimization: Use data and feedback to continually optimize product marketing strategies, ensuring measurable outcomes in both revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Packaging & Pricing: Define and evolve packaging and pricing strategies, aligning product features with customer needs and market trends to maximize revenue potential.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 6+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a strong focus on go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in launching B2B SaaS products, creating compelling product messaging, and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and execution.
  • Strategic & Tactical Expertise: Comfort operating at both the strategic and operational levels, from developing high-level marketing strategies to executing product launch details.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using data to inform decisions, track KPIs, and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
