About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Agora, you will play a critical role in shaping our team by identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent. You will collaborate closely with our Recruitment team and hiring managers to understand our unique talent needs, utilize advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role is vital to driving our growth and maintaining our high standards as we continue to innovate in the Fintech space.
What are we looking for
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with our Recruitment team and hiring managers to understand our unique talent needs.
- Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our ATS (Comeet), leveraging data to drive informed decisions and improve processes based on data.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in recruiting in SaaS startup (hiring R&D and Sales positions)
- Proven track record of leading successful recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in a global company and recruiting candidates globally.
- Experience with sourcing tools- LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search Strings
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit beyond just technical skills,
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ATS - a must. Familiarity with Comeet- a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adapt strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
- Native English and Hebrew (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills- Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree
