About the Role
As Agora's US Talent Acquisition and HR Partner, you will play a pivotal role in growing our team and shaping our culture. You will act as a partner to our US team, working with leaders and team members and supporting them across the full employee life cycle—talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and more. This role is vital to driving our growth and maintaining our high standards as we continue to innovate in the Fintech space.
What are we looking for
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and positive experience. Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques, screen resumes, and conduct initial assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
- HR Partnership: Serve as a trusted Point of contact for US team members and managers, providing support across all HR domains while building true HR partnerships and trust.
- HR Programs: Develop and manage US HR processes and policies, including employee onboarding and offboarding. Execute global HR programs such as Learning and development and Performance Review.
- Engagement: Support and drive HR engagement initiatives to cultivate an engaging culture.
- HR Operations: Oversee payroll & US benefits administration. Maintain employee records in our HRIS ensuring data integrity. Ensure our HR processes and policies are effective, efficient, compliant, and applied consistently.
- People Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and provide insight to drive data-informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 3 years of HR and Talent Acquisition experience from SaaS startups in a global environment.
- Proven track record of leading successful recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruiting Go-To-Market positions (Account Executive, Account Manager, SDR, Customer Success and Marketing). Experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search Strings) and conducting interviews.
- Strong data-driven mindset and proficiency in HR systems (i.e. HRIS & ATS)
- Knowledge of US labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
- Strong communicator with a people-first mentality
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
