We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping and executing our hiring strategy. In this position, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment for strategic and executive-level roles, focusing on attracting top-tier talent that drives business impact. You’ll spearhead data-driven talent initiatives and partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure hiring aligns with our company’s goals. This role is critical to supporting our continued growth and upholding our high standards as we scale and innovate in the Fintech space.
What are we looking for
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for key, strategic, and executive-level roles.
- Build and execute talent strategies that support business objectives.
- Partner closely with leadership to define hiring plans and talent priorities.
- Serve as a mentor, promoting best practices and driving talent KPIs.
- Use data and recruitment metrics to improve and optimize processes continuously.
- Deliver an exceptional, inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Lead strategic talent initiatives, including employer branding and diversity hiring programs.
- Optimize tools, workflows, and sourcing strategies to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 5 - 6 years of recruitment experience in a SaaS startup environment, hiring across R&D and Sales functions.
- 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring talent teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and high performance.
- Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
- Experience in recruiting candidates globally within a multinational context.
- Skilled in sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and crafting effective Boolean search strings.
- Strong interview capabilities, with an ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Comeet experience is a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Data-driven approach, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and adapting strategies to drive better outcomes.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken, with outstanding communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree.
