We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help drive our growth while maintaining our high standards as we continue to innovate in the Fintech space. You’ll play a key role in shaping our team by identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand our unique talent needs, utilize advanced sourcing techniques, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

What are we looking for

  • Partner with our talent team and hiring managers to deeply understand talent needs across the organization.
  • Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct assessments to ensure candidates meet our high standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Comeet, leveraging data to drive informed decisions.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting for a SaaS startup, with proven success in hiring both R&D and Sales positions.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ATS - Comeet (a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Native-level English and Hebrew (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills - mandatory.
