About The Role:

We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to be the force multiplier for our entire product organization. Your mission is to streamline our processes, empower our teams with cutting-edge tools (including AI), and foster seamless collaboration. You will be the engine that enables our Product Managers to focus on what they do best: building world-class B2B SaaS products that our customers love.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Tools & Technology: Own and manage our core product tech stack, including Jira, Monday.com, and Mixpanel. You will continuously evaluate, implement, and optimize these and other tools to maximize the team's efficiency and impact.
  • Process Optimization: Map, analyze, and refine core product workflows—from discovery and validation to launch and iteration. You'll identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve the speed and quality of our execution.
  • AI Enablement: Proactively identify and implement AI-powered tools and methods to enhance all aspects of our work. Your goal is to boost productivity and quality across the board, from internal process automation and data analysis to improving our research, planning, and documentation.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the key liaison between the Product organization and other departments like R&D, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You'll ensure smooth communication, consistent processes, and effective feedback loops.
  • Data-Driven Excellence: Establish and govern best practices for market research, competitive analysis, and data-informed prioritization. You will help the team make better, faster decisions backed by solid evidence.

Who You Are (Qualifications):

  • 2+ years of experience in a Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar operational role within a tech/SaaS company.
  • A process-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You love making things work better.
  • Hands-on experience with product and project management tools is a must. Proficiency in Jira, Monday.com, and Mixpanel is a strong advantage.
  • An excellent communicator and collaborator, with a natural ability to build relationships and drive change across different teams.
  • A genuine passion for technology and a keen interest in leveraging AI to boost productivity and quality.
