We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Growth team. This role combines technical problem-solving with business impact, enabling sales, SDR, and marketing to scale through automation, AI workflows, and signal generation
What are we looking for
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll design, automate, and optimize workflows that support the full go-to-market motion. Your focus will be on:
- Building and maintaining data processes in Clay.
- Generating actionable signals for SDRs and sales.
- Automating manual GTM tasks to improve velocity, consistency, and scale.
This is a mid-level role designed for someone who thrives on problem-solving, tinkering, and creating measurable business impact through smart systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clay Workflow Management: Build, maintain, and optimize workflows in Clay that enrich, qualify, and segment accounts and leads.
- Signal Generation: Identify, prioritize, and deliver real-time signals (account activity, intent data, triggers) to SDRs and sales teams for timely outreach.
- Automation & Efficiency: Eliminate manual GTM tasks by engineering automated processes across the funnel.
- Data Quality & Flow: Ensure clean, reliable data flows into GTM systems, enabling consistent reporting and outreach.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Growth, SDR, and Sales to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Innovation: Experiment with new approaches (including AI-driven workflows) to continuously improve conversion, velocity, and pipeline creation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a Growth Ops, RevOps, or Marketing Ops role in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on expertise in Clay.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales funnels (MQL, SQL, Opportunity, etc.).
- Analytical skills: comfortable working with data, signals, and performance metrics.
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a strong bias for execution.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain technical workflows in business terms.
