Role Description The Senior Manager Marketing Operations is a full-time, hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing operations, including campaign workflows, lead management, and performance reporting. The Senior Manager will manage and improve marketing automation platforms, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with sales and product teams to align on goals, processes, and metrics.
Day-to-day responsibilities include building and refining dashboards, analyzing marketing performance, optimizing funnels, and implementing scalable processes and documentation. The role also involves vendor and tool management, budget tracking, and continuous improvement of marketing operations to support growth and customer acquisition.
We're looking for someone with 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Growth Operations in a B2B SaaS environment, with deep HubSpot expertise and a passion for building scalable systems.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Marketing Operations and Operations Management to design, implement, and optimize scalable marketing processes.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Analytical Skills to build dashboards, interpret data, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platforms to manage campaigns, lead scoring, and nurture flows.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on lead management, SLAs, and revenue goals.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
- Prior experience in B2B SaaS, legal tech, or professional services marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- This role requires HubSpot proficiency.
In this role, you'll:
✅ Optimize our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot and related GTM tools
✅ Build and improve automation, lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle programs
✅ Create dashboards and reporting trusted by executives, sales leaders, and marketers
✅ Improve attribution, funnel visibility, and conversion performance across the customer journey
✅ Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to drive revenue growth
