The team serves as Candid’s internal consulting and execution function, partnering with leaders across the organization to solve critical business challenges, improve operational performance, and scale key strategic initiatives.</span></div> <div><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br>This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tackling ambiguous problems, building alignment across teams, and driving solutions from idea to implementation. One month you may be improving partnership performance, the next you may be helping scale a new product line, optimize manufacturing operations, or lead a company-wide initiative. No two quarters look the same.</span></div> <div><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br>You will report directly to the Chief Strategy Officer and work closely with leaders across Product, Clinical, Operations, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Partnerships. </span></div> <div> </div> <div><span style="font-weight: 400;">This role is remote and requires 30% travel, including international travel. We will accept candidates based in the United States and Canada.</span></div> <div><br><br></div> <div><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Serve as an internal consultant and operator, identify, prioritize, and solve some of Candid’s most important business challenges</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead special projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of executive leadership, driving alignment and execution across multiple teams</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own and scale partnership operations by working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful partnership performance and execution</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Monitor partnership health and performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and develop scalable processes that support continued growth</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own key funnel metrics and business performance reporting for Candid’s product offerings</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with Product, Clinical, and Commercial teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, retention, and overall funnel performance</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Program manage key strategic initiatives supporting growth, including clinical product enhancements, AI-enabled workflow improvements, and operational scaling efforts</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Drive cross-functional alignment across teams to ensure initiatives remain on track and deliver measurable business outcomes</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Own and continuously improve key operational metrics across the Candid treatment journey and manufacturing to identify and implement process improvements within the customer journey, digital treatment planning and manufacturing workflows</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 300;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Use data, experimentation, and operational rigor to measure impact and continuously optimize processes across the business</span></li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>What You’ll Need </strong></div> <div> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">4–7 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, operations leadership, or a related field</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional business judgment and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify opportunities, influence decisions, and measure business impact</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and automation to increase personal productivity, improve team effectiveness, and drive business outcomes</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience using SQL, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, or similar analytical tools preferred</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience influencing senior leaders and aligning teams around a common objective</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong project and program management capabilities with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Clear results orientation with a bias toward action and ownership</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and operational systems in fast-paced environments</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in healthcare, healthtech, SaaS, operations, or manufacturing environments is a plus</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">High intellectual curiosity and a willingness to dive deep into unfamiliar problems</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities evolve quickly</span></li> <li><span Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other perks. To determine our range, we consider as many of the following data points as are available to us: external market salary survey data, experience level, skillset and balancing internal equity relative to our other employees. We include equity in our compensation packages because we believe our employees should have an option to purchase ownership in the company and benefit from what we hope will be a lot of upside growth.
