About The Role

As a Strategic Account Executive at Centari, you'll be a key architect of our growth strategy with a clear path for career advancement. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and will personally execute the full sales cycle—from outreach to close—while developing the playbook that will define Centari's go-to-market success for years to come.

Core Responsibilities

  • Revenue Leadership: Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals with law firms and financial institutions
  • Strategic Account Acquisition: Develop and execute account plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets of 6-figure+ ACVs
  • Hands-On Execution: Personally execute on all aspects of the sales process—from cold outreach and email follow-ups to demos and contract negotiations
  • C-Suite Navigation: Build relationships with decision-makers and navigate complex stakeholder environments
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure successful implementations and identify expansion opportunities
  • Compelling Storytelling: Articulate Centari's value proposition through high-impact presentations and demos that translate technical AI capabilities into business value
  • Daily Sales Discipline: Build and maintain your own sales pipeline metrics, activity dashboards, and follow-up systems
  • Market Intelligence: Provide strategic feedback that shapes our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
  • Industry Presence: Represent Centari as a thought leader at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Exceptional enterprise sales performance with 3-5 years closing complex B2B SaaS deals
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in environments with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience prospecting and closing deals with 6-figure+ ACVs
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to "run through brick walls" to achieve objectives
  • Comfort with the fundamentals of enterprise sales, including outbounds, follow-ups, and managing your own pipeline
  • Experience with modern sales methodologies and CRM platforms (HubSpot expertise preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise procurement processes and negotiate complex contracts
  • Track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD a plus
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Based in NYC

  • Experience in legaltech, fintech, or enterprise solutions for professional services
  • Previous success in an early-stage startup environment with a track record of owning initiatives from A to Z
  • Understanding of complex transactional workflows, particularly for attorneys and/or financial professionals in M&A, finance, or real estate
  • Network of established relationships within AmLaw 200 firms or major financial institutions

Compensation Range: $250K - $350K
