About the Role
We're seeking a senior marketing manager to partner with our founding team in developing Centari's 0-to-1 marketing strategy. You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire, working directly with leadership to design and execute on content and product marketing to support Centari’s brand positioning and GTM. This is a rare opportunity to shape brand strategy from the ground up at a high-growth AI startup with an established customer base.
The ideal candidate brings deep B2B SaaS marketing expertise (fintech or legaltech experience is a plus), has successfully launched products into new markets, and thrives in the ambiguity of early-stage marketing. You should be equally comfortable developing high-level strategy and executing hands-on content creation. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer teams to craft compelling messaging that resonates with our market.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute 0-to-1 marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and market entry playbook.
Build comprehensive content strategy and create high-impact materials (thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, solution briefs) that translate AI capabilities into business value for legal and financial services audiences.
Lead product marketing including positioning, messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, demo scripts), and customer success stories that demonstrate ROI.
Partner with Sales team to refine messaging based on prospect feedback, create pipeline-driving content, and develop account-based marketing approaches for target accounts.
Collaborate with Product team to translate feature launches into compelling market narratives and influence roadmap based on competitive insights and market needs.
Establish marketing analytics frameworks to measure brand awareness, content performance, and pipeline impact.
Support event strategy and thought leadership presence.
Requirements
7+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with focus on content and product marketing.
Proven track record launching products into new markets or segments.
Deep experience marketing to financial services, legal, or other professional services buyers.
Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities with a portfolio demonstrating executive-level content.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and ability to create marketing that drives pipeline.
Experience building marketing strategy from the ground up in early-stage or high-growth environments.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to make strategic decisions with imperfect information.
Self-directed work style with ability to manage priorities independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fintech, legaltech or enterprise AI markets. Background in investment banking, private equity, or asset management is a plus.
Track record creating thought leadership content that generates demand and builds brand authority.
Experience with account-based marketing approaches for enterprise sales.
Familiarity with AI/ML technology and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
Experience building a high-output marketing function with a trusted network/toolkit that can be activated for added support.
