What You'll Do:

    Sales & Pipeline Operations
  • Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce, HubSpot, and related GTM systems.
  • Manage lead routing, account ownership, and territory rules.
  • Support the opportunity lifecycle: creation, stage management, forecasting hygiene, and closed-won processes.
  • QA inbound and outbound activity tracking (calls, emails, meetings) to ensure clean attribution.
  • Own the sales tools and work cross functionally to enable the sales team to increase metrics
  • Assist with Salesforce reporting for the Sales and Leadership teams.
  • Customer Activation & Lifecycle Operations
  • Support the onboarding and activation workflow, including handoffs between Sales → CX → Onboarding → Support.
  • Maintain accurate subscription, product, and location data in Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Partner with CSMs to troubleshoot lifecycle data issues (billing, location status, churn codes, etc.).
  • Help develop and monitor key health indicators (activation milestones, churn signals, product usage, missed deadlines).
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to support GTM performance, cohort health, retention, ARPU, logo churn, and product adoption.
  • Assist in weekly revenue reporting, including pipeline, bookings, activation rates, and churn.
  • Pull ad-hoc data to support leadership, finance, and product decisions.
  • Process Improvement
  • Document and maintain operational processes across the GTM lifecycle.
  • Identify friction points in Sales, Onboarding, or CS workflows and recommend scalable solutions.
  • Support rollouts of new tools, automations, and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

    What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related GTM roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred).
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency with ChiliPiper (or similar booking/routing software) and Outreach (or similar sequences softwares) is a must.
  • Experience or familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or Looker is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data hygiene.
  • A process-driven thinker who enjoys solving ambiguous operational problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner cross-functionally.
