The SVP, Product, CLEAR1 will own the end-to-end product strategy, execution, and evolution of CLEAR’s CLEAR1 product portfolio, in support of healthcare, workforce and consumer business lines. This role is accountable for building a scalable, enterprise-grade platform that powers CLEAR’s B2B growth while maintaining the trust, security, and performance required by our most regulated partners.

Reporting into executive leadership, this role will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Business Development leaders to evolve CLEAR1 into a world-class identity platform supporting new business models, global scale, and long-term growth. Success in this role requires vision, operational rigor, and strong people leadership, paired with the ability to translate customer and market needs into durable platform capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the CLEAR1 product portfolio end-to-end, defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Drive platform evolution to support SaaS growth, new business models, and global scale balancing configurability, security, and operational excellence while also improving end user verification experiences for different verticals.
  • Engage directly with enterprise customers and government partners, evangelizing product strategy, incorporating feedback, and ensuring CLEAR1 meets real-world regulatory and operational needs.
  • Influence company-level strategy by articulating CLEAR1’s current and future capabilities, competitive differentiation, and investment tradeoffs to executive leadership.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Data, and Design leadership to ensure CLEAR1 is reliable, scalable, compliant, and extensible for enterprise customers.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product team of Individual Contributors, setting clear expectations for ownership, quality, and outcomes across multiple teams.
  • Establish strong product operating rhythms, roadmap planning, metrics, reviews, and decision frameworks to drive accountability and execution at scale.
  • Represent CLEAR externally with strategic partners, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive alignment around identity standards and platform direction.
  • Shape Product org culture raising the bar on clarity, customer obsession, measurement, and innovation across the broader product team.

How You’ll Measure Success:

  • CLEAR1 portfolio adoption, retention, and revenue growth across enterprise customers.
  • Platform scalability, reliability, and readiness to support new markets and use cases.
  • Clear, outcome-driven KPIs tied to customer value, operational efficiency, and product quality.
  • Strength, engagement, and performance of the CLEAR1 product leadership team.

What You’re Great At:

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, including senior leadership roles owning complex platform, B2B or SaaS portfolios.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-grade, high-scale platforms in regulated or trust-sensitive domains (identity, payments, fintech, security, etc.).
  • Strong ability to drive alignment at the executive level, balancing business strategy, customer needs, and technical constraints.
  • Deep comfort operating at both strategic and execution levels, setting vision while holding teams accountable for delivery.
  • Context switching across different verticals and being able to expertly identify new product offerings.
  • Experience leveraging data and machine learning to drive platform capabilities, decisioning, and product differentiation.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to clearly articulate technical and product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for building durable platforms, developing leaders, and delivering customer value at scale.
  • Obsession with customer trust, experience, and long-term platform quality.
  • Excitement to travel to partner locations and represent us at conferences.

The base salary range for this role is $290,000-$320,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
