About the Opportunity
In collaboration with the sales leadership team, the Revenue Enablement Associate will support cross-functional initiatives to provide the Sales team with essential content, training, and mentorship to enhance their skills and effectively engage with prospects and customers. This role will focus on assisting both new team members and experienced staff, helping to develop a foundational understanding of ClearGov, our product offerings, and our market position. You will contribute to the sales process, sales methodology, and tools used to help driver seller effectiveness. Additionally, you will support new hire training & onboarding programs to facilitate quicker ramp times and reduce time commitment of hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the vision and priorities for revenue enablement.
- Support the enhancement of current training programs and contribute to the development of an effective new hire sales training and certification program
- Help coordinate aspects of foundational and continuous learning programs for sales, including content creation, scheduling, and delivering of content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to assist in developing role-specific training and new product release certifications
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of sales process, methodology, and sales playbook initiatives
- Assist in the adoption of sales learning solutions and revenue intelligence platforms to enhance sales productivity
- Support development of training courses and sales playbook materials, utilizing web-based software to create engaging, visually appealing content
Critical Skills/Experience:
- 2-4 years of sales, sales training, or customer success experience required
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Sales Enablement solutions (ex: Gong, Salesloft, Hupspot, Outreach, ChurnZero) preferred
- Basic understanding of sales methodologies (ex: Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, MEDDIC)
- Familiarity with SaaS and/or Gov-Tech organizations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently oversee projects and tasks, ensuring timely execution and alignment with sales objectives
- Genuine passion for teaching and developing others
- Familiarity with using web-based solutions to design websites or courses is a plus
