🎨 What You’ll Do

• Digitally design esthetic stain & glaze effects on crowns and bridges

• Analyze patient reference photos and replicate anatomical features like:

  • Incisal edge translucency

  • Cervical warmth and saturation

  • Occlusal groove staining

  • Mamelons, halos, and craze lines

• Select appropriate brushes, color values, and opacity.

• Tailor stain design based on product type (e.g., single anterior, smile makeover, posterior)

• Follow clinical notes, SOPs, and internal esthetic benchmarks

• Collaborate with Shade Leads and QC to refine tools, SOPs, and design styles

• Provide artistic input on new protocols as we expand color and layer capabilities

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Background in Dental Design, Esthetics, Ceramics, and/or Digital Restoration

• MANDATORY: Hands-on experience in manual layering, traditional staining/glazing, and custom staining

• Strong visual judgment and ability to recreate natural enamel effects digitally

• Prior experience with 3Shape, exocad, or other digital design tools

• Familiarity with VITA shade systems

• Experience with layering materials (e.g., Enamel, Translucent powders)

• Comfort interpreting doctor notes, photos, and intraoral scans

• Artistic mindset with an eye for symmetry, depth, and subtle detailing

• Bonus: Experience with smile design, wax-ups, or high-aesthetic anterior work
