About Disco

Disco is building a collaborative commerce platform that enables brands to partner effectively, acquire customers efficiently, and scale faster. We help premium DTC companies like The Honest Company, True Classic, Lovevery, Sol de Janeiro, and Caraway work together to accelerate growth in a cost-efficient manner, especially in light of regulatory and platform changes (e.g., cookie deprecation, iOS changes). Our ecosystem of independent ecommerce brands utilize Disco to #GrowTogether outside of traditional marketing channels (e.g. Facebook and Google), while also benefiting from unique insights and information content that Disco offers its brands.

We've raised $26 million in funding from established investors (Felicis Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Shopify, Sugar Capital, RiverPark Ventures, and Indicator Ventures), to help merchants reduce their reliance on big tech platforms like Amazon and Facebook for customer acquisition and distribution. Since 2021, we have expanded our network to 1000+ brands, serving product recommendations to 83M+ shoppers & supporting $30B in e-commerce transactions.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced, high-motor Senior Account Executive to join Disco. Your core responsibility will be to build pipeline and close ICP-aligned deals. You will have the opportunity to master your sales skills in an environment that fosters continuous learning and growth. You will report directly to our Head of Sales and work cross-functionally with colleagues from Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams.

What You'll Do

  • Sourcing and building a robust pipeline
  • Closing net-new business
  • Attaining sales quotas and targets
  • Executing product demos for high level decision-makers (CEO, CMO, VP Marketing/Digital/Ecom)
  • Coordinating with Customer Success to ensure seamless on-boarding experience
  • Attending industry events to grow Disco's presence within the market
  • Thinking about how our sales process can get better

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of exceptional performance as a quota-carrying seller
  • Existing relationships in the DTC industry
  • Proficiency with any major CRM (we use Hubspot)
  • A healthy respect for the work it takes to start and grow a thriving ecommerce brand
  • The ability to recognize opportunities for growth and absorb coaching
  • The perseverance to pursue a goal through setbacks and adversity

Salary range: 200k - 300k
