What we are looking for
We are seeking a talented Senior Account Executive to join Disco and lead sales efforts with major consumer brands, focusing specifically on brands using Salesforce and custom development work. This role is ideal for a sales pro experienced in selling software solutions and web SDK integrations to high-profile brands.
You'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding Disco's footprint by managing relationships with large-scale clients, understanding their complex needs, and presenting tailored solutions that help them achieve their growth goals. You will report directly to our VP of Sales and work cross-functionally with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities by managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—with Salesforce-integrated brands and those requiring custom development solutions.
- Engage and manage relationships with enterprise and mid-market accounts, understanding their unique challenges and effectively communicating how Disco’s solutions meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that resonate with clients.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and onboarding.
- Use CRM software (HubSpot or Salesforce) to keep accurate records of sales activity, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovations in digital advertising, retail media, and marketing technology.
Experience & Expertise
- 4+ years of proven success in software sales, ideally selling into enterprise brands, consumer brands, or SaaS-based products.
- Experience working with Salesforce and custom development work, including web SDKs and other integrations.
- Strong understanding of the marketing tech landscape and ad network dynamics.
- Skilled in developing relationships, understanding client needs, and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve client challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
- A track record of exceeding revenue targets and a strong drive to succeed.
Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000
OTE: $200,000–$250,000
