Role Overview
We’re looking for a Healthcare Strategy Analyst who is excited to grow with us. You will play a critical role in managing and scaling population health programs, supporting value-based care performance, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and data-driven insights.

You will play a critical role in managing and scaling population health programs, supporting value-based care performance, coordinating with external stakeholders, and assisting with reporting and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and scaling of population health programs.
- Manage day-to-day operations related to value-based care (VBC) contract performance.
- Interface with primary care practices, payers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and program success.
- Assist in data collection, reporting, and analysis to measure outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to building and optimizing workflows, processes, and playbooks as the organization scales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in operations and program performance.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, or early-stage startup roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Excel, Looker, or similar tools
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
