Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Vehicle Sales Operations Specialist to join our operations team in New York City. This role is crucial for managing customer interactions and ensuring the seamless processing of vehicle sales, including titling, registration, insurance, and financing. You will be instrumental in providing top-notch customer support and streamlining our internal workflows to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support, addressing and resolving queries regarding vehicle purchases, documentation, and other related issues.
Assist customers through the complete lifecycle of an online vehicle purchase, including titling, registration, insurance, and financing.
Work closely with our technology teams to troubleshoot and improve the customer purchase process.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth transaction experience for every customer.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our operational processes and customer service strategies.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Hustler mentality, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to New York City.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience in vehicle dealership operations, especially in titling, financing & insurance (F&I), sales, or similar roles.
