The Opportunity
This is not just a sales job, but an opportunity to build and own critical pieces of our commercial engine. You’ll take command of top‑of‑funnel outreach, drive opportunities through the pipeline, and develop key client and channel relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for landing new logos, activating brokers and consultants, and ensuring our pipeline is data-driven and high velocity.
What You’ll Do

Sales & Outreach
Lead targeted outbound prospecting across priority verticals (employers, health systems, channels)
Qualify leads, book and prep meetings/demos, and support opportunities through close and handoff
Identify and activate decision makers, champions, and referral partners
Draft materials and strategic follow‑ups for meetings, demos, and events

Pipeline & Client Management
Own CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy to drive forecasting and next‑best actions
Coordinate with operations for seamless onboarding post‑sale
Serve as a consistent point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and continuity

Consultant & Channel Partnerships
Build and maintain relationships with brokers, consultants, and channel partners
Support partner enablement, cadences, and co‑selling motions
Represent Hike at conferences and regional industry events

Internal Teamwork & Execution
Work daily with the Commercial Leader & co-founders on planning, prioritization, and execution
Contribute to campaigns, content development, and GTM experiments
Collaborate cross‑functionally to keep initiatives moving and aligned
What Excites Us

2+ years in B2B sales, account management, SDR/BDR, or channel development
Clear, confident, and empathetic communicator (written and verbal)
Detail‑oriented operator with strong organization across many moving parts
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented; thrives in fast‑paced environments
Experience or strong interest in digital health, benefits, MSK, or healthtech
Resilient, optimistic, and mission‑driven
Must‑Haves
Strong outbound prospecting fundamentals and follow‑through
CRM rigor and habit discipline; you know your numbers and your next steps
Ability to synthesize value props, tailor outreach, and book quality meetings
Comfort collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external partners
Nice‑to‑Haves
Exposure to employer benefits, consultants/brokers, or health systems
Experience supporting enterprise sales motions or channel programs
Event/conference planning and onsite execution
