About the Role
We’re looking for a Refurbishment Technician to support our mission of providing top-tier kiosk repairs and upgrades. We're searching for a dedicated problem-solver with strong troubleshooting capabilities. If you're meticulous, well-organized, quality-driven, and safety-conscious, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is Full-Time Temporary with an assignment of 3+ months, with the possibility of extension.
What You’ll Be Doing
Perform precise and efficient refurbishment and upgrading of electromechanical and mechanical systems.
Maintain our commitment to quality through thorough repair and refurbishment of kiosks and their accessories.
Keep track of and maintain an inventory of refurbishment supplies.
Accurately document work records associated with kiosks and their accessories.
Conduct comprehensive cosmetic quality evaluations of kiosks.
How We Know You Can Do It
High school diploma or GED.
Proven ability to align, fit, or assemble component parts using a comprehensive range of hand and power tools.
Solid experience troubleshooting electromechanical and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and adhere to written work instructions.
Familiarity with an array of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
Strong commitment to safe work practices, including the regular use of PPE and safety devices.
Proficiency in building and repairing PCs is a plus.
Basic understanding of Linux commands is preferred.
Technical certification is a plus.
Proficiency in computer software, particularly Google Suite.
At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance/production environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
