What You’ll Be Doing
Own full-cycle recruitment across a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close.
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on priorities, adjust to changing needs, and continuously refine hiring strategies and interview processes.
Apply established recruiting best practices to ensure consistency, efficiency, and a high-quality candidate experience.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies across traditional and non-traditional channels to build diverse, high-quality talent pipelines.
Proactively identify, engage, and convert passive candidates through compelling outreach and relationship-building.
Educate and guide interview teams on effective interviewing techniques and candidate experience best practices.
Deliver a high-touch, thoughtful experience to every candidate, serving as an ambassador for our culture and values.
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness.
Use data and insights to continuously improve recruiting processes and outcomes.
Stay current on market trends and talent insights that impact hiring strategy and workforce planning.
How We Know You Can Do It
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities without sacrificing quality or candidate experience.
Strong sourcing expertise, including creative and proactive approaches beyond inbound applicants.
Solid analytics skills with experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and improve performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
Highly organized with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
Comfortable working on a lean, collaborative team with a “figure it out and move forward” mindset.
Experience recruiting for specialized roles is a plus.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other sourcing tools
