About this Role

We are looking for a highly analytical FP&A Senior Analyst to help build and scale our finance function. This role is ideal for someone who has strong analytical and Excel skills, is intellectually curious, and enjoys driving tangible impact.

You will work directly with senior leadership and play a hands-on role in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis as the business grows. This role will report into the Director of FP&A.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and own core financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

  • Partner closely with leadership to support:

    • Growth initiatives and investment decisions

    • Cash flow and runway management

    • Board-level reporting and corporate development activities

  • Perform deep-dive analyses on revenue, costs, and unit economics

  • Prepare financial materials for internal decision-making

  • Improve FP&A processes as the company scales

  • Support ad hoc analyses in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

How We Know You Can Do It

  • 2–4+ years of experience in:

    • FP&A

    • Investment banking

    • Management consulting

    • Corporate finance or strategy roles

  • Outstanding Excel skills:

    • Experience building and owning complex, well-structured models

    • Scenario and sensitivity analysis

  • Strong business judgment and ability to think beyond the numbers

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Comfortable owning work end-to-end with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

  • Investment banking or consulting background

  • Experience in startups or high-growth environments

  • SQL or data querying experience (a plus, but not required)
