About the Role

We are scaling rapidly, and we’re looking for a hands-on Second Shift Fulfillment & Warehouse Manager to build, optimize, and lead our evening warehouse operations. This is not a maintain-the-status-quo role — we need a builder who thrives in high-growth environments, embraces challenges, and can turn processes into scalable systems.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all second shift fulfillment activities: picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, and receiving
• Meeting and exceeding Fulfillment/Warehouse objectives with both speed and accuracy to deliver an excellent experience to our customers
• Fulfilling Customer and Internal Orders to be shipped to customers, vendors and third party partners
• Ensure same-day / next-day order SLAs are consistently met
• Design and refine workflows to support increasing order volume
• Train, and develop a high-performing warehouse team
• Ensures daily production goals are met.
• Keeps leadership apprised of daily operations.
• Training of new employees.

How We Know You Can Do It

• 3+ years in warehouse or fulfillment operations
• 2+ years leading teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in eCommerce fulfillment (DTC preferred)
• Data-driven and metrics-focused
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, evolving environment
• Demonstrated experience in an operations, warehouse or inventory environment
• Basic spreadsheet skills using Google Sheets or Excel
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong sense of urgency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Prior lead or supervisory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
