About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Website Product Manager to own and optimize our portfolio of web and eCommerce properties. This role is focused on improving conversion, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth through testing, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration across the full digital funnel.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and manage a portfolio of web and eCommerce properties with a focus on increasing conversion rates, average order value, and overall revenue

  • Optimize the full customer journey—from landing pages to checkout—ensuring a seamless and high-performing shopping experience

  • Develop and execute a roadmap of tests and optimizations with clear goals, success metrics, and next steps

  • Partner closely with engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements, site performance improvements, and eCommerce functionality

  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts across user journeys; analyze results and drive actionable insights

  • Manage design resource sourcing, briefings and feedback for web development

  • Document and maintain best practices, testing frameworks, and web/eCommerce guidelines

  • Identify growth opportunities and present data-backed recommendations to leadership

  • Collaborate with the SEO Manager to align on strategy, site structure, and organic growth initiatives

  • Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.

  • Proactively research user behavior and identify areas for improvement to inform design and product decisions.

  • Support requirements validation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user and business needs.

  • Learn and use product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Figma, Confluence) to manage design workflows and communication.


How We Know You Can Do It

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, eCommerce, web optimization, or a related role

  • Strong understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization), UX principles, and eCommerce best practices

  • Experience optimizing key eCommerce metrics (conversion rate, cart abandonment, AOV, revenue per visitor)

  • Experience working with engineering teams in an agile environment

  • Proficiency with testing tools (A/B testing platforms) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate clearly with stakeholders

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SEO strategy and collaboration

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, etc.) and CMS tools

  • Background in growth, performance marketing, or digital merchandising
