About the Role
We are looking for a user-focused, data-driven Product Manager to help shape seamless, impactful experiences across all lines of business at the company. Our lines of business include kiosks, locksmith services, eCommerce, mobile vans business and advertising and media. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver solutions that drive customer and business value. You’ll use research, testing, and iteration to enhance engagement, conversion, and operational effectiveness while collaborating with Design, Engineering, and business teams to turn insights into intuitive, scalable solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to grow their skills in product management, user experience, cross-functional collaboration, and leveraging customer insights to drive measurable business results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with stakeholders across all lines of business to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver solutions that improve customer and operational outcomes.
- Develop and implement design testing approaches to improve user flow and experience across business lines.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize and validate design concepts.
- Proactively research user behavior and identify areas for improvement to inform design and product decisions.
- Support requirements validation and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet user and business needs.
- Lead coordination of design and engineering teams to iterate on UX and UI based on data, testing results, and user feedback to deliver high-quality product enhancements and initiatives.
- Contribute to maintaining design systems, product documentation, and internal knowledge bases to ensure alignment and consistency across digital touchpoints.
- Recommend prioritization of initiatives and share testing results and insights with stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Learn and use product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Figma, Confluence) to manage design workflows and communication.
How We Know You Can Do It
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Product Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and design iteration.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret testing results and turn insights into actionable improvements.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, collaboration skills, and documentation skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
