About the Role

The Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing daily outbound fulfillment operations across Kiosk and Van locations. This role ensures kiosks and vans are properly stocked, serviced, and operational while managing van outfitting, inventory replenishment, and pickup scheduling. The Fulfillment Manager coordinates resources, inventory, and logistics to support efficient service delivery, minimize downtime, and maintain operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

Kiosk Fulfillment

  • Manage the fulfillment operations supporting kiosks across the country.

  • Ensure kiosks are consistently replenished with required inventory, supplies, and equipment.

  • Prepare and ship outbound spare parts equipment for Kiosk Servicing

  • Prepare custom outbound key inventory to launch with every new kiosk.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Inventory departments to ensure the Warehouse has appropriate Inventory levels.

Van Outfitting

  • Oversee the Van Operations team in outfitting and preparing vans for shipment

  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure Vans are ready for launch on schedule.

  • Manage communication and scheduling with Van Outfitters, equipment installers and Van Managers to meet expected launch dates.

  • Track and communicate scheduling changes that impact Van launch dates.

  • Work closely with Supply Chain and Inventory departments to ensure the Warehouse has appropriate Inventory levels.

  • Schedule Van Pickups with various shipping partners

Inventory Management & Receiving

  • Oversee the Receiving of all product into the Warehouse to include: Key Inventory, Spare Parts, Packaging Material

  • Monitor inventory accuracy through monthly cycle counts and audits.

  • Assist in investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies with Finance or Inventory Departments

  • Ensure inventory movement throughout the warehouse are being accurately tracked via WMS software.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement

  • Lead, coach, and develop fulfillment personnel and support staff.

  • Establish performance metrics and monitor operational KPIs.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices. ●Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration between operations, logistics, inventory, and field service teams.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, inventory management, field operations, or related areas.

  • Experience managing fulfillment or inventory teams

  • Strong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.

  • Experience with inventory management systems

  • Ability to analyze data and make operational decisions.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory as needed. Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience supporting field service operations or mobile workforce teams.

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement experience.
