We seek a dynamic and experienced VP of Marketing to lead our marketing team.
As the marketing leader, you will drive the company's growth by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our solutions in the market.
Lumen’s VP of Marketing will be a strong storyteller and category creator focused on customer growth and advocacy with a proven track record of partnering with Sales and Product to achieve measurable revenue growth and building and leading high-performance teams in a growth-stage environment.
- Build marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in line with company objectives.
- Lead a group of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring.
- Oversee the development and implementation of regional marketing, content marketing, video, digital and demand generation, global conferences and events, communication employer brand, and the knowledge center.
- Cooperate with the marketing team to create web content and monitor its effectiveness over time.
- Provide leadership and guidance to global marketing team members and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
- Utilize market research and customer insights to identify target segments, understand customer needs, and develop effective positioning and messaging strategies.
- Support our company’s global media relations initiatives by creating and implementing a PR outreach strategy and managing relationships with PR freelancers and/or external agencies in various markets.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and analyze campaign performance to optimize return on investment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments to the marketing approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, and strategic partners to enhance brand visibility and generate positive PR opportunities.
- Drive customer advocacy and loyalty programs to increase customer retention, referrals, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Experience as VP of Marketing, with a focus on B2C industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies.
