About the position:

Lumen’s Product Team is looking for a standout Senior UX Writer to help shape the voice and tone for a unique user journey that encourages people to make behavioral changes to improve metabolic health. As a member of our cross-functional Content Team, you will be a guardian of Lumen’s brand, setting the standard for all user-facing communications. If you’re passionate about health tech, feel strongly about content as a core component of the user experience, and love a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead every stage of the content cycle, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis
• Craft engaging and imaginative UX content to deliver a delightful and impactful in-app experience
• Communicate the science behind metabolism in a clear and simple way
• Write narrative and UX copy that promotes behavioral change
• Optimize conversion and engagement on product funnels
• Take ownership of content creation for other customer-facing channels, including email and blogs, as needed

What we’re looking for:

• 2-5 years of experience as a UX writer in the B2C tech space – health tech experience preferred
• Native English
• Ability to elegantly translate complex science into consumable content
• Passionate about immersing yourself in the metabolic health space, motivated to research and learn independently
• Detail-oriented and fanatic about quality content
• A team player who can work effectively on cross-functional tasks
• A proactive, problem solver
