We seek for an Executive Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and efficient administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills and be capable of collaborating closely with the broader team and cross-functional departments. Your responsibilities will include managing meeting schedules and leading and overseeing internal projects. The ideal candidate must be well-organized, exhibit strong time management skills, and demonstrate proactive decision-making abilities even without extensive guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a trusted position that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and manage the Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, and appointments.
- Anticipate needs for upcoming meetings, coordinate necessary information, and ensure awareness of approaching deadlines
- Partner closely with stakeholders across teams to support shared goals and initiatives
- Managing projects, partnerships, and investor relations involves overseeing timelines, ensuring team accountability, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. It also includes building strategic partnerships and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Provide essential administrative support by coordinating hospitality arrangements, organizing meeting spaces, and ensuring smooth meeting setups
- Independently handle correspondence and emails in both Hebrew and English, maintaining a professional tone
- Manage all aspects of travel planning, including trade show attendance and related logistics
What are we looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proven ability to manage calendars and provide support for senior management effectively
- High level of proficiency in English
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and responding quickly to urgent matters
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- This position requires availability for 4 office working days
