Lumen is a B2C startup that developed a device that produces nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on scientific metabolic measurements. Lumen is on a mission to make people metabolically healthier, allowing them to understand the impact of their lifestyle on their bodies and achieve their goals.

We are looking for a results-driven Influencer and Affiliate Manager to driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. In this role, you will grow Lumen's influencer and affiliate networks, manage our affiliate and influencer platform, maintain relationships with new and current affiliates, and develop strategic marketing initiatives to expand our reach.

Responsibilities

• Expand our creator network, identifying and onboarding influencers and affiliates in the health and wellness space
• Manage and nurture relationships with new and existing affiliates and influencers
• Identify opportunities to expand our work with creators to support revenue goals
• Own and manage our affiliate and influencer platform
• Keep up with emerging trends in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams, working closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align affiliate and influencer strategies with overall company goals
• Analyze performance metrics and generate insights to improve ROI and optimize campaigns

What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing, ideally within a high-growth, B2C, or e-commerce environment
• Strong understanding of the US market is a must
• In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and the affiliate and influencer landscapes
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact)
• Proven track record of growing affiliate and influencer programs and optimizing performance
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (high proficiency in English is a must)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience in onboarding and nurturing affiliates and influencers
• A creative, strategic thinker with a willingness to learn and adapt on a daily basis
• Knowledge and experience with nutrition/metabolism/health - Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is a must)
