Senior User Acquisition Manager

As a pivotal player in a dynamic global market, the User Acquisition Manager role is not just a job – it's a mission. Entrusted with a multi-million dollar monthly budget, you will spearhead campaigns across a worldwide audience. This position offers an extraordinary opportunity to make a substantial impact, driving strategies in a high-stakes environment. You'll collaborate closely with innovative creative and data teams, melding art and science to shape the future of e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive e-commerce sales effectively.
  • Analyze e-commerce trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform advertising strategies.
  • Design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer lifetime value.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online advertising with overall e-commerce and marketing goals.
  • Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges within the e-commerce strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns in an e-commerce setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an actionable manner.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Experience in D2C, wellness, health, nutrition, diet, fitness, or supplements industries highly valued.
