We're hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager
We’re looking for a creative, data-driven, experiment-obsessed Conversion Rate Optimization Manager to take our funnels to the next level.
If you love marketing, A/B testing, user behavior, and finding sneaky friction points that block conversions — we want you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own our testing roadmap: brainstorm, set up, run, and analyze A/B tests across landing pages and the funnel
- Dive deep into GA4, Clarity, and other tools to uncover what’s working (and what’s not)
- Work closely with design, content, and dev, to implement winning variations
- Develop insights from qualitative and quantitative data and turn them into actions
- Prioritize experiments by potential impact and effort — and move fast
- Keep our UX sharp and aligned with growth goals
- Build custom dashboards and reports
- Integrate new AI technologies
- Be the owner of our marketing data
- Marketing automation platforms like Zapier and Make
- Manage and monitor all online optimization efforts across paid and organic channels
What we’re looking for:
- Have 3+ years of CRO experience in B2C companies
- Know your way around testing tools like GrowthBook \ VWO or similar
- Can back ideas with data, and explain your thinking clearly to any stakeholder
- Are comfortable working cross-functionally and owning your results
- A creative thinker with a growth marketing mindset
- An excel\spreadsheet wizard with strong technical skills
- Email marketing optimization experience, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Hubspot
- Experienced in multi touch attribution models analysis
- Tablou \ Looker \ GA4 \ MixPannel Wizard
- Savvy in communication and presentation skills to showcase data insights
- Bonus - some HTML/CSS/JS knowledge or UX/design background
