Lumen is a B2C startup that developed a device that produces nutrition and lifestyle recommendations based on scientific metabolic measurements. Lumen is on a mission to make people metabolically healthier, allowing them to understand the impact of their lifestyle on their bodies and achieve their goals.
We are looking for a results-driven Influencer and Affiliate Coordinator to drive growth through a combination of affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, creator collaborations, and online community activations. In this role, you will help grow Lumen's network of performance-driven affiliates, paid creators, and community partners. You’ll work closely with the growth team to identify new revenue-driving opportunities — whether it's through creator sourcing for paid social campaigns, partnerships with Facebook groups, or scaling high-performing influencers.

Responsibilities
- Expand our creator network: Source, onboard, and manage a network of creators including affiliates, paid influencers, and micro-creators for performance campaigns
- Source community partnerships: Identify and develop relationships with high-potential online communities (e.g., Facebook groups, wellness forums) that can drive awareness and conversions
- Support paid creator campaigns: Work closely with the growth team to scout and activate talent for paid ads
- Optimize relationships: Manage and nurture long-term partnerships with top-performing affiliates and influencers to increase engagement and conversions
- Stay ahead of trends: Keep up with emerging trends in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns
- Analyze & report: Measure campaign performance and extract insights to improve ROI, scaling what works and pivoting when needed
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing, ideally within a high-growth, B2C, or e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of the US market is a must
- In-depth knowledge of social media marketing and the affiliate and influencer landscapes, with a genuine passion for digital culture — someone who lives and breathes trends, stays ahead of platform updates, and understands what resonates across channels.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate and influencer platforms (e.g., Impact, CreatorIQ, Klear, etc.) and creator tools (e.g., TikTok One, Meta Marketplace).
- Proven track record of growing affiliate and influencer programs and optimizing performance
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills (high proficiency in English is a must)
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience in onboarding and nurturing affiliates and influencers
- Strategic thinker who is also operationally strong and detail-oriented
- Knowledge and experience with nutrition/metabolism/health - Advantage (a desire to know more about these topics is a must)
