We’re looking for a Product Growth Manager to join our product team and lead initiatives focused on accelerating user growth, activation, retention, and monetization from within the product itself. You’ll be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling product-led growth levers—working at the intersection of product, data, marketing, and user experience.
You will own in-app funnels across key customer segments, from onboarding to conversion and beyond. You’ll design product experiences that not only acquire users efficiently but also activate, retain, and maximize long-term value (LTV) through continuous experimentation and optimization.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that requires a growth mindset, a sharp analytical eye, and the ability to execute quickly and effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the product growth strategy, with a focus on increasing LTV through improved activation, retention, and monetization.
- Design and optimize segmented onboarding, purchasing flows, and post-purchase experiences in-app, tailored to different customer personas and behavioral patterns.
- Partner closely with marketing to connect the right acquisition message with the right product experience and increase conversion to high-value users.
- Build and test growth loops, lifecycle nudges, and habit-forming features that create long-term engagement.
- Lead the full lifecycle of growth initiatives—from hypothesis creation to experiment design, implementation, and iteration based on impact.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and segmentation data to uncover friction points and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, analysts, and marketing stakeholders to ensure coordinated delivery of high-impact initiatives.
- Proactively communicate roadmap, tradeoffs, and experiment learnings across the organization, including leadership.
- Track key growth metrics such as activation rate, retention cohorts, TTV (Time to Value), ARPU, and conversion rates—using them to inform continuous product iteration.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2C product management, ideally in a mobile-first environment with a strong growth focus.
- Proven experience leading product-led growth efforts or growth experimentation within a product team.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics and behavioral analytics (cohorts, funnels, segmentation, retention curves, etc.)
- Deep experience in funnel optimization and designing lifecycle experiences that increase user value over time.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and advocate for users and business goals alike.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar to uncover opportunities and track experiments.
- Experience working in agile product teams and leading multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Bonus: familiarity or personal interest in health, wellness, metabolism, or habit change products.
