Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team.

In this role, you’ll shape Lumen’s online presence by crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that resonates with our global audience.

This involves planning and managing content calendars, creating and scheduling posts, overseeing social media channels, and driving campaigns and collaborations that boost brand awareness and engagement, with a strong focus on working closely with diverse content creators in the U.S. market.

Wake up for this:

• Establish and deliver a coherent social media strategy to strengthen Lumen’s growth, retention, and brand awareness.

• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, marketing launches, and special occasions.

• Develop high-impact assets by crafting compelling copy in Lumen’s brand voice, collaborating closely with design, and ensuring seamless review processes.

• Manage day-to-day content operations across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms.

• Support customer-related requests by channeling them to CS and surfacing relevant feedback to Product.

• Lead influencer and brand collaborations, from inbound requests to proactive outreach, giveaways, and partnerships, with emphasis on U.S.-based creators and partners.

• Source, curate, and share user-generated content (UGC) while building and nurturing relationships with creators and ambassadors, ensuring deliverables and obligations are met.

• Coordinate with PR, Paid, and Product Marketing to align campaigns and ensure cohesive messaging.

• Collect and analyze performance metrics, prepare monthly reports, and highlight top-performing content and insights for the marketing team.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Manager, or similar role in a global B2C brand/startup.

• Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and content creation.

• Skilled multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Oktopost, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).

• Background in content creation, video, or copywriting – advantage if experienced with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut).

• Native or highly proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

• Experience working with content creators and influencers in the U.S. is a strong advantage.
