Growth Lead, CRO

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and data-obsessed Growth Lead, CRO to accelerate user growth across the entire customer lifecycle - from acquisition to expansion. In this key role, you will own Lumen’s conversion optimization strategy, combining creativity with analytical rigor to identify friction points, design high-impact experiments, and turn insights into scalable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, build, and execute Lumen’s growth and CRO roadmap, setting clear priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes across the entire customer journey.
  • Drive growth across the full funnel: identify and implement high-impact tactics across acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests using tools such as VWO, GrowthBook, or similar platforms to validate hypotheses and scale successful experiments.
  • Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives: design and execute campaigns that drive activation, adoption, and retention across key user segments.
  • Leverage product analytics: use tools such as Amplitude, GA4, and Mixpanel to uncover growth opportunities, inform experiments, and measure performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: partner closely with Performance Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Data, and Creative Studio to align strategies and maximize impact.
  • Shape strategic initiatives: work with leadership on pricing, packaging, and new product opportunities that drive long-term growth.
  • Operationalize growth systems: build scalable testing frameworks, reporting dashboards, and attribution models to continuously refine performance.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation: promote a test-and-learn mindset, ensuring every initiative is measurable, data-backed, and results-driven.
  • Integrate AI and automation: Use technologies like N8N, Zapier, Make, and other AI tools to streamline testing and improve scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of CRO experience, ideally in fast-paced B2C environments.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms such as GrowthBook, VWO, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of growth loops, conversion funnels, and key growth levers such as pricing, packaging, and segmentation.
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for any stakeholder.
  • Advanced technical proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and data tools.
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization platforms such as Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or GA4.
  • Solid understanding of paid user acquisition, SEO, and email marketing optimization.
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution modeling and funnel analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of showcasing insights and influencing decisions across teams.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a proven track record of prioritizing effectively, managing multiple workstreams, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, align, and influence teams and stakeholders who do not report directly to you.
  • A creative, growth-minded problem solver who thrives on testing, learning, and iterating quickly.
