Overview : We are hiring a Diamond Equipment Operator responsible for handling, measuring, inscribing, and testing diamonds using specialised machines. The candidate must have a strong background in the diamond industry with hands-on experience in equipment operation and basic diamond handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate diamond measurement machines, laser inscription systems, and lab-grown diamond tester machines.

• Handle and weigh diamonds accurately using tweezers and precision scales.

• Differentiate between natural and lab-grown diamonds.

• Perform inscriptions and ensure measurements/testing meet company quality standards.

• Maintain machine calibration, logs, and basic reports using computers.

• Follow standard operating procedures and ensure safe handling of stones.

  What you'll need :

• 6–7 years of experience in the diamond industry.

• Strong understanding of diamonds — natural and lab-grown.

• Skilled in using tweezers and handling diamonds carefully.

• Prior experience operating measurement machines, laser inscription, or diamond tester machines preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge (handling machine software, maintaining records, etc.).

• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Attention to detail and high level of precision in work.

• Basic computer skills for operating software connected to machines.

• Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.

• Good communication skills for reporting findings and issues.

• Self-motivated and capable of working under minimal supervision.
