Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on coordinating the timely collection, shipment, and delivery of goods from our suppliers to our New York office and beyond. The Logistics Executive will act as the bridge between suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and on-time deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supplier Coordination

    • Follow up with US-based suppliers to ensure timely delivery of diamonds to our New York office.

    • Continuously monitor the platform for goods marked “ready to collect” and align with suppliers on collection timing.

  2. Shipment Coordination

    • Work closely with logistics teams to coordinate goods collection and dispatch.

    • Track, monitor, and follow up on middle-mile and last-mile shipments for US and EU regions.

    • Provide shipping labels and assist with carrier communications for delayed shipments until successful delivery.

  3. Stakeholder Communication

    • Collaborate with New York Office, Customer Support, and Supplier Support teams to resolve shipment- or order-related issues.

    • Keep all stakeholders updated on shipment statuses and proactively flag potential delays.

  4. Jewellery Coordination

    • Support the Jewellery Team by liaising with manufacturers and satellite offices.

    • Ensure adherence to defined processes for jewellery order fulfillment.

  5. Operational Excellence

    • Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure every order/shipment is delivered on time.

    • Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements for efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 1 – 2 years in operations, logistics, or coordination roles.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Quick-witted, resourceful, and street smart.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes diligently.

  • Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.

  • Flexible to work extended hours if required.
