Capital Deployment & Growth
Lead the deployment of $60M in raised capital, scaling from the current $15M base
Partner closely with Sales and Finance to balance growth ambitions with sound credit performance.

Organisational Build-out
Establish the operational foundations and discipline required to run a high-performing lending institution.
Build, mentor, and lead a team across collections, underwriting, and capital operations.
Drive a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and proactive risk management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Treasury, Risk, and Product to optimise capital allocation and performance.
Experience
8-12 years in lending, structured finance, or credit management roles.
Proven leadership experience at principal or head-of-credit level in high-growth or entrepreneurial lending environments.
Technical: Credit risk management, collections strategy, structured finance, capital deployment, and portfolio monitoring.
Operational: Designing and scaling lending operations, implementing OKRs, managing multi-functional teams.
