As a TechOps (IT) Engineer, your role will be critical to maintaining a stable, reliable technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for monitoring the organization's systems, networks, and hardware to ensure they operate optimally and remain available to users.

What you'll do:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot the organization's systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, incidents, and outages to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including server configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Conduct software and asset inventory audits and take appropriate actions to protect the organization's infrastructure and data.
  • Develop the documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and processes to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.

What you will bring:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an IT Engineer
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Working experience in ticketing systems (Jira); networking systems like firewalls, switches, and servers (Squid/PXE); SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Windows, Linux environments, and scripting
  • Strong knowledge of systems administration, networking, and IT infrastructure
  • Comfortable working in shifts on a rotational basis to provide 24/7 support
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience in handling CCTV and Biometrics is a plus.
