The Sales Development Representative role is an individual contributor position working to expand Passport’s client base of some of the best known direct to consumer brands. You will be working along-side fellow Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives. Your role will be seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. We are looking for someone who is self-driven, hungry to learn, and join a high growth organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has some sales experience or is looking to start a career in sales.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build Passport’s client base through identifying qualified opportunity leads from marketing campaigns and outreach.
  • Leveraging a multi-channel approach to outreach with a heavy emphasis on cold calling, email, video, social media, etc.
  • Effectively deliver Passports value proposition to new prospects.
  • Update leads and prospect interaction in CRM.
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with your peers across departments to support each other’s success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products and services.

You’ll have many of the following:

  • 1+ years of demonstrated success in a sales environment (preferred but not required).
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced team environment.
  • Avid learner with a growth mindset.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of diligence and accountability.
  • Comfortable in a competitive environment.
